In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we can replace the products, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation, but we cannot refund the money back, as there are lot of cases in which users photocopies our books which leads to infringe of our copyright and thus it induces heavy loss to our company.

Replacement Policy

Note – In Case of Refund, cost of Product will be refunded (Excluding Shipping Charges). Payment will be initiated Within a period of 24-48 Hours to your Respective Bank Account.

For Example – If the bill is of Rs. 100/-( Rs. 60/- Cost of Product + Rs.40/- Cost of Shipping).

The initiated Refund will be only Rs. 60/-
